Support for every guest

Every Enter Agora journey starts with an instructional film showing guests what to expect and how to explore their environment to the fullest. After they have familiarised themselves with the intuitive controls, our guests have guidance at every level: whether it is the refresher ‘How to’ films in the head-up display, in-app support or assistance via a direct chat or phone line.

Personalised in-app assistance

Our environments are bespoke, including a fitted help function for any event, of any size and held in any geographical location. Dedicated Enter Agora team members can be present in-game at strategic locations to help guests in need, guaranteeing a level of visibility and accessibility that ensures peace of mind from start to finish. We believe in a proactive approach – this is why our team of talented technicians can be reached during live events via phone or through the platform’s instant messaging function, or outside of the environment to assist and ensure everyone shares the same enjoyable and smooth experience.
